After Teen Mom star Amber Portwood was charged with domestic abuse, her daughter was made a ward of state. But now 2-year-old Leah is back in her mom's arms.
Portwood, 20, and ex-fiance Gary Shirley appeared in an Anderson, Indiana, courtroom last week for an emergency child placement hearing concerning their daughter. According to UsMagazine.com, authorities returned Leah to Portwood on Monday.
"Leah is moving into Amber's new home, where Amber had her daughter's bedroom all set up for her return," a source said. "Amber is so excited to have Leah back!"
On Nov. 18, Portwood was charged with attacking Shirley, 24, in front of Leah; she is faced with two felony counts and one misdemeanor count of domestic violence and battery.
The troubled mom, who is on medication for anxiety and depression, previously said she was striving to change her ways, so she could be a better mother to Leah.
"I'm trying to put the pieces back together," she said. "I have to get myself better so when I get my baby back, she sees her mom as happy as can be."

Beyoncé in her ad for Heat

Beyoncé's steamy new ad for her perfume, Heat, recently gathered some heat of its own from the U.K.'s Advertising Standards Authority — which banned the commercial from the country's daytime TV rotation because of its sexy imagery. Now the company that makes Heat is speaking out about the sanction brought against the ad, which features the singer in a skin-tight, hot-red satin minidress, touching herself and showing some skin.
In a statement from perfume maker Coty that was posted on AceShowbiz.com, the company notes that it doesn't think there's anything too explicit about the TV spot, maintaining that it is "intended to reflect the singer Beyoncé's personal 'sexy chic' style." And while Beyoncé's cleavage is exposed at certain parts of the commercial, Coty added that it's not "overtly graphic or explicitly sexual and at no point was Beyoncé naked."
The company continued, "It was aimed at a vast selection of music programs to target a young adult audience. It would therefore be consistent with the expectations of viewers of those sorts of programs."
In a statement posted on its website, the advertising watchdog said that it has received several complaints about the Jake Nava-directed spot, which initially was aired throughout the day during family programming and now only will be shown after 7:30 p.m. The organization said, "We considered that Beyoncé's body movements and the camera's prolonged focus on shots of her dress slipping away to partially expose her breasts created a sexually provocative ad that was unsuitable to be seen by young children."
Do you think Beyoncé's commercial is too sexy to air in the day? Tell us in the comments!

With winning turn in 'Easy A,' 'Spider-Man' casting and 'SNL' hosting gig, the 22-year-old has had quite a year.
By Eric Ditzian
Emma Stone

As MTV News' Thankful Week draws to a close, we begin to cast our gaze away from the big screen and towards tables soon to be the scene of turkey-crazed feasts. But we have one last honor to bestow: the actress we're most thankful for in 2010.
The winner is none other than Emma Stone, a move that completes a nifty "Spider-Man" double win, as we also honored Andrew Garfield — who's stepping into the role of Peter Parker — as the actor we're most thankful for this year. Stone won the part of Gwen Stacy in October, capping a stellar year for the 22-year-old.
From the top-notch teenage rom-com "Easy A" to her "Saturday Night Live" hosting gig to the opportunity to shoot flicks opposite the likes of Steve Carell ("Crazy, Stupid, Love") and Justin Timberlake ("Friends With Benefits"), Stone was already having a great 2010. Then "Spider-Man" director Marc Webb came calling. Her life is never going to be the same — and she couldn't be more excited.
The always-energetic actress called up MTV News in the midst of "Spider-Man" preproduction to talk about what a surreal year it's been and how she's dealing with the pressures of taking on the iconic Marvel series.
MTV: Thanks for calling up to chat.
Emma Stone: Thank you for having me!
MTV: Well, you're going to be very excited in a second.
Stone: What is it? What's it going to be? You like how I'm excited at the mere mention that I'm going to be excited?
MTV: Uh-oh, I really have to come through now. Look out your window — there's a blimp with your face on it!
Stone: Oh my god, it's so beautiful, I'm looking right now! You wanna know what's really insane about that? I actually pulled back the curtain and looked at the sky.
MTV: I'm sorry to disappoint, but I can tell you that every year we honor various people we're thankful for, and this year you're the woman we're most thankful for.
Stone: Oh my god, shut up! Get out of here! I prepared a 10-minute speech, is that OK?
MTV: I'm afraid we don't have enough time. You know, the man we're most thankful for this year is your "Spider-Man" co-star Andrew Garfield.
Stone: Hey, I know that guy! We've met. He's the worst!
MTV: I won't tell him you said that. It has been quite a year for you. "Easy A" gets a great reaction, you're shooting movies with people like Justin Timberlake and Ryan Gosling, you host "Saturday Night Live," and then you land "Spider-Man." Does 2010 feel like a landmark year?
Stone: It feels kind of scary saying this because that means it's only downhill, but it's been the best year of my life. Not just with how lucky I've been work-wise, but with my family and friends. I'm totally terrified for 2011. I have such a disaster mentality, it's not even funny.
MTV: Which raises the question, are you ready for something as big as "Spider-Man"? Can you ever be ready for something like that?
Stone: The way I have to approach it, and I think Andrew would agree, is just like any other movie. You're going to put the same amount of focus into this that you would with anything. It just happens to be an exponentially bigger budget. So there's that. It'll probably feel different when we start to do press, but we won't have to deal with that for another year and a half. And there are harnesses I'm going to have to use in this one. That's the only difference: just the harnesses.
MTV: Seriously, though, it's been quite a year for you with onscreen love interests. The women in the office are jealous — Penn Badgley, Timberlake, Gosling, Garfield. You're a lucky woman ...
Stone: What can I say? You cannot compare them. They are so wonderful in their own ways. Again, it's been an amazing year.
MTV: Has there been one surreal point in particular that kind of encapsulates 2010 for you?
Stone: Hosting "Saturday Night Live." That's always been my ultimate dream. That moment before you come out those doors when Don Pardo says your name and you're standing there ... I had never let myself imagine what that would feel like. That moment when you walk through those doors was probably the most surreal moment, not just of this year, but ever.
MTV: So you guys are in rehearsals for "Spider-Man," right? What is that process like at this point?
Stone: Today I went and did hair tests, because I have blonde hair now since Gwen has blonde hair. My natural hair is blonde, so it's kind of nice. I looked in the mirror and said, "Oh my god, it's me again, it's been so long!" We're finalizing the visual stuff. And I think we'll start actually rehearsing, because we start shooting in two weeks. Andrew and I went and learned about science yesterday. Gwen really likes science, so we learned about science. I was homeschooled, so I never went to chemistry class in a traditional setting like Gwen is into. That was really beneficial.
MTV: There seemed to be so much competition for the role of Gwen Stacy. Do you ever think, "Why me?" What do you think won you the part?
Stone: I ask myself that question every day. I have no f---ing idea. It's the most amazing idea, I can't even tell you. I don't think I ever will figure out how it happened. It's been mind-blowing. I know things will eventually change, so I'm just trying to avoid thinking about it and just enjoy it while it's happening. Ugh, what am I even saying? Don't write any of that down!
Thanksgiving is a time for taking stock, expressing gratitude and, most importantly, overeating. We at MTV News have been gorging all year at movie theaters, so it's about time we looked back and gave thanks to our favorite actors and filmmakers of 2010. Enjoy exclusive interviews with our winners all week long.

Irvin Kershner, best known for directing the "Star Wars" sequel "The Empire Strikes Back," has died at the age of 87.
The filmmaker passed away at his Los Angeles home after a long bout with an unspecified illness, his goddaughter Adriana Santini told French news service AFP on Monday.
Born in 1923 in Philadelphia, Kershner studied music, painting and photography before turning his focus to filmmaking in the early 1950s. He got his start directing documentaries in Iran, Greece and Turkey for the United States Information Service, then returned to the States to develop the TV series "Confidential File" and "The Rebel."
Kershner made his feature directorial debut with "Stakeout on Dope Street" in 1958 and went on to direct a number of well-known films, including 1960's "Hoodlum Priest" and 1966's "A Fine Madness," starring Sean Connery and Joanne Woodward.
In 1980, Kershner directed "Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back," the sequel to George Lucas's 1977 space-opera hit, arguably the series' best-loved and most critically acclaimed installment.
While "Empire Strikes Back" is certainly the film for which Kershner is most fondly remembered, he's also known for helming 1983's unauthorized James Bond film "Never Say Never Again" — which saw Sean Connery return to the role of 007 — and 1990's "Robocop II."
Kershner did a bit of acting in his day as well. He made his big-screen debut in Martin Scorsese's "The Last Temptation of Christ" in 1988, and also appeared as a filmmaker in the 1994 Steven Seagal vehicle "On Deadly Ground."
At the time of his death, Kershner was still actively working in photography. The Force was strong with this one.

'Turn Off the Dark' musical began previews on Broadway this weekend.
By Eric Ditzian, with reporting by James Montgomery

After multiple delays, "Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark" arrived on the Great White Way Sunday night amid a series of technical snafus that marred the much-hyped musical, which officially opens on January 11.
With a reported budget in excess of $65 million and original music by U2's Bono and The Edge, "Spider-Man" has become the most costly production in Broadway history and had already been delayed due to technical difficulties. On opening night, the musical had to be stopped five times, according to multiple reports, as the crew struggled to pull-off stunt work that had actors suspended in harnesses high in the air.
Granted, previews are meant for working out the kinks, but this kind of debut is rather fitting. After all, Peter Parker is a work-in-progress, a character forever trying to reconcile his regular-guy mindset with the abilities and responsibilities of a superhero. The show's creators, too, share much in common with the web-slinging wonderboy.
"There are lots of similarities," Bono told MTV News earlier this month. "He grew up in Queens. We grew up on the north side of Dublin — fairly humble origins. He falls in love with the girl next door. I married the girl next door. He starts to put on a silly costume ... yes," he trailed off with a sly smile.
The comparisons don't end there. As The Edge explained it, whether you're an arena-packing rock star or a science nerd bitten by a radioactive spider, you still have to deal with everyday life. "[H]e's a superhero; he can do loads of stuff, but when he comes home, he's put back in his place," the guitarist said. "There's nothing that he does out in the world that means anything when he's with his loved ones."
Hearing this, Bono happily declared he's got more in common with one of Spider-Man's archenemies than the Spidey himself. "I think Peter Parker's more The Edge," he said. "I'm more the Green Goblin."
Said Edge, "You just want to be careful, because you know who wins that fight."

Based on Jamie Reidy's memoir "Hard Sell: The Evolution of a Viagra Salesman."

"Finally, after years of suffering through Hollywood's predictable pap, sentimental mush, boring bromances and mean girl clichés, comes a love story that is actually worth falling for..." - Los Angeles Times
"Some of the heart we hope for in a good romance, those lump-in-the-throat moments, may be missing. But Gyllenhaal and Hathaway have great chemistry." - Orlando Sentinel
Good For Kids?
There's a lot of lovin' in this flick; too much for the kids to handle.
Burlesque
Short Story:
Christina Aguilera plays a small-town girl (Ali) who, after venturing to Los Angeles, lands a waitressing gig at a local theater.
The Burlesque Lounge, although known for it's over-the-top performances, has seen better days. But as Tess (Cher), a retired dancer and owner of the venue, struggles to keep things afloat, Ali finds her niche in the close-knit Burlesque community. Ali soon discovers that her talents stretch much further than the bar, and with a push from her new friends, she takes to the stage. Surprisingly, the burlesque novice opens to rave reviews -- and cutthroat criticism.
What They're Saying:
"It's entertaining enough, like watching a celebrity workout film with a plot. But never once is it believable. Really, the movie should last 30 seconds." - Boston Globe
"It's more hallucination than story, but hey, If you think of it as a slightly deranged long music video divathon it can be a lot of fun." - Chicago Sun-Times
Good For Kids?
Kids will be entranced by the singing and choreography, even if the plot sails right over their heads.
Tangled
Short Story:
Tangled is a comical take on the classic kids' tale, "Rapunzel." When the kingdom's most wanted bandit Flynn Rider (Zachary Levi) hides out in a mysterious tower, he's taken hostage by Rapunzel (Mandy Moore), a captive beauty who just so happens to have 70 feet of magical, golden hair. The two soon strike up an unlikely alliance that embarks them on an adventure-filled journey.
What They're Saying:
"Tangled braids strands of traditional storytelling and a contemporary sensibility with stylish if predictable results." - USA Today
"A Rapunzel retelling could have become just a retread of the studio's past princess tales, but this genuinely charming, chintz-free story does something new: It takes the time to chill out, as its heroine might say." - New York Daily News
Good For Kids?
Who could resist this comical take on a classic children's book?
Faster
Short Story:
Ewan McGregor narrates this documentary about the MotoGP Championship and the fast-paced world of Motocross.
What They're Saying:
"If you consider hurtling along at insane speeds inches from the asphalt to be a tad eccentric, the riders of MotoGP may just fit the bill." - Los Angeles Times
"Problem is, after an hour and a half of Faster, I still don't get motor sports." - Denver Post
Good For Kids?
This documentary may lose your child's interest Faster than you can blink.
In case you missed...

Short Story:
Harry, Ron, and Hermione team up once again in this seventh installment of the Harry Potter series. Determined to defeat the evil Lord Voldemort, Harry must win the race against time and destroy the Horcruxes -- that is, if he can find them.
What They're Saying:
"Lumbering and gripping by turns, and suffused with a profound sense of solitude and loss." - Variety
"The story-within-the-story regarding the deathly hallows is visualized by way of shadow-puppet style animation, and the effect is quite beautiful." - Chicago Tribune
Good For Kids?
Magic and Hogwarts make for the perfect kiddy concoction.
The Next Three Days
Short Story:
Russell Crowe stars in this drama, which follows a husband and wife as their life is flipped upside-down when the wife is accused of murder.
What They're Saying:
"The Next Three Days refuses to puff up its action with message-movie sermonizing." - Slant Magazine
"What was briskly diverting in the original has been rather laboriously overworked, and the film's attempt to draw out the moral stakes never addresses the material's basic, surface-level implausibility." - Variety
Good For Kids?
Although full of suspense, The Next Three Days does not contain the sort of adventure that keeps a child occupied.

'Private Practice' star recalls creating impromptu joint about feces on episode premiering Saturday at 11 a.m.
By Mawuse Ziegbe
Taye Diggs has built a reputation as a Hollywood heartthrob, lighting up the screen in everything from "How Stella Got Her Groove Back" to "Brown Sugar." But when the actor was 17, he was less of a hunk and more of a ham, constantly cutting up with his friends.
"When I was 17, we were all performers. Wherever we were, we would always try to put on some kind of a show," he remembers on the latest episode of "When I Was 17," which also features Naya Rivera from "Glee" and NBA superstar Carmelo Anthony, premiering Saturday at 11 a.m.
"They were always, always making up songs and singing them and joking around," Diggs' brother Gabriel recalls.
One time, Diggs and his pals turned someone else's crappy luck into a catchy tune.
"I remember one time there was a fire drill, and me and my boy Shane saw this dude step in some dog doo," he says. "We laugh ... and then, right then, somebody drops a beat."
Shane recreates the beat, flapping and pursing his lips, before continuing the story: "Then [Diggs] joined in, "corn feces!"
"And then it just breaks into a whole song," Diggs recalls of the ditty's inexplicable development.
Then Shane breaks down the joint's loopy lyrics for viewers: "I was walking down the street, rocking to the beat/ Clapping my hands and stomping my feet/ Look at the ground and what do I see?/ Corn feces staring right at me. Corn feces!"
For Diggs, who was 17 in 1988, the impromptu, poop-inspired ode is still hilarious years later.
"Corn feces!" the star proclaims, clapping his hands and cracking up.
"When I Was 17" — this week featuring Naya Rivera, Camelo Anthony and Taye Diggs — premieres Saturday at 11 a.m. on MTV

Christina Aguilera has rebounded quickly from her recent divorce.
The singer has been spotted out with Matthew Rutler, a production assistant and a guitarist in the Nate Mott Band. The two met on the set of Burlesque in February and quickly bonded - much to the chagrin of friends.
“Christina is completely taken with Matthew," a source tells Star. "But he’s a wild rocker type with a reputation as a ladies’ man."
An insider says Rutler is in "heaven" because he's dating a celebrity.
“He networks like crazy with all the big names she introduces him to. He’s a major operator. And everything is on her dime, because he’s broke. Matt used to live in a crummy apartment with roommates; now he’s at her Beverly Hills mansion every night."
While pals worry that this relationship is "too much, too soon" for Christina, she isn't letting any personal issues affect her work. Check out a series of recent performance by Aguilera in her THG video section.

On Wednesday, the Recording Industry Association of America handed out their latest round of gold and platinum certifications ... and if your name was Ke$ha or Justin Bieber, well, then it was a very good day for you.
Ke$ha's Animal was certified gold (meaning it passed the 500,000-sales mark) and a spate of her digital singles went multiplatinum, with "Tik Tok" being downloaded more than 5 million times and "Your Love Is My Drug" racking up another 2 million. "Blah Blah Blah" and "Take It Off" both were certified gold, meaning that, all told, she's sold more than 8.5 million downloads to date.
Bieber earned his first-ever multiplatinum award, as the RIAA certified sales of his My World 2.0 album at more than 2 million copies. "Baby," his team-up with Ludacris, also was certified as double platinum.
Wednesday also was a great day to be the Black Eyed Peas, as their massive tune "I Gotta Feeling" was certified 6-times platinum (that's more than 6 million downloads) — making it the RIAA's highest-ever digital-song certification.
Following (somewhat) close behind the Peas were the likes of Katy Perry, B.o.B, Taio Cruz and Rihanna, who had their respective mega singles "California Gurls," "Airplanes," "Break Your Heart" and "Don't Stop the Music" certified as triple platinum. Perry and Rihanna also each picked up a double-platinum certification — for "Teenage Dream" and "Rude Boy," respectively — bringing their total hauls to more than 5 million units sold.
The Bruno Mars track "Just the Way You Are" was certified platinum, giving the crooner his very first solo plaque. B.o.B's "Magic" and former "American Idol" champ Kris Allen's "Live Like We're Dying" also picked up platinum certifications.

A month after parting ways, are Cameron Diaz and Alex Rodriguez back on? It looks like it after they were spotted getting cozy over dinner in West Hollywood.
"They looked super couple-y," an insider told Us about the actress and New York Yankees slugger. "Cameron was holding his hand and kept nuzzling him."
Friends say the reconciliation shouldn't come as a surprise.
CAMROD: Are Rodriguez and Diaz back together?
"They break up and get back together all the time," notes a source close to Diaz and A-Rod, who parted ways in October because "they needed some space."
Maybe they got too much space and couldn't resist each other?
While the actress was recently linked with Glee star Matthew Morrison - the two hung out at L.A. lounge Bardot - that fling has since sizzled, so stay tuned!

Heather Morris and Britney Spears on the set of "Glee"
Photo: Facebook
Heather Morris, who plays hilariously ditzy cheerleader Brittany on "Glee," got to channel her sort-of namesake on Tuesday night's "Britney/Brittany" episode. And the professional-dancer-turned-actress didn't disappoint as she re-enacted Spears' videos for "Toxic," "Slave 4 U" and "Me Against the Music." She tackled all of them with her spectacular dance skills and a pretty killer singing voice.
The anesthesia-induced dream sequences followed one of Brittany's stellar reveals: "My name is also Britney Spears. Brittany S. Pierce. I've lived my entire life in Britney Spears' shadow." Well, on Tuesday night she stepped out of her shadow.
Of all the video reinterpretations in the episode, the Madonna/Britney team-up, which saw Santana playing Madge and Brittany playing you guessed it, paid homage to the original 2003 video, directed by Paul Hunter. Aside from a few artistic tweaks in the "Glee" version's choreography, Morris and company do the original justice.
"The 'Me Against the Music' montage, it's literally copied exactly from the video, the shots and looks, but the choreography is made so much more for a dancer — none of it is from the video," Morris told New York magazine about the "Glee" version. "You just have to wait to see it. It's insane."
Hunter spoke to MTV News last year about his original concept for Britney's "Music" video. "I try to play opposites, when you have Britney in dark and Madonna in white," he said. "And then we see them kind of dance around the bed .. and you think they're gonna get on top of each other and do something crazy."

Conservatorship has been in place since February 2008.
By Jocelyn Vena
Britney Spears
Photo: Fame Pictures
On Thursday (September 30), Britney Spears met with a judge in Los Angeles to discuss the current status of her conservatorship, which she has been under since February 2008.
TMZ reports that Judge Reva Goetz had requested a meeting with the pop star after the judge had discussed ending the conservatorship with Spears' lawyers at the last few status meetings.
Spears' father, Jamie Spears, was also present in the judge's chambers during the progress meeting. He left the courtroom minutes after Britney, who wore a black dress and black ankle boots.
It was decided that Spears would remain under her conservatorship, according to TMZ. The judge took the stand to announce: "At this time, all orders will remain in full force and effect." The decision came after she met with Spears and her father individually. The judge did give the OK to approve "investment strategies" for Britney's trust; a petition had been filed regarding that matter.
While there seems to be no change in Spears' personal life, she has certainly been a force to be reckoned with since she released her 2008 album Circus. She's managed to once again top the charts, mount a successful tour and even try her hand at acting. This week alone she brought some star power to "Glee," which tackled her hit-filled catalog, including "Me Against the Music."
Much has been rumored about what Spears is working on as far as a follow-up to Circus. After it was reported that Spears might release new music sometime this year, her manager, Adam Leber, was quick to clear the air.
"No new music news right now....Wish people wouldn't mislead you guys with BS info," he wrote on Twitter in August. "Not cool! PS- The guys that ARE working on Brit's next album ARE NOT talking about it..."

'The best way to love rock and roll is to shoot it in the head,' band says.
By James Montgomery
My Chemical Romance
Photo: MTV News
In the four years between The Black Parade and Danger Days: The True Lives Of The Fabulous Killjoys, My Chemical Romance were no strangers to the grandiose statement. It seems that, in every interview they gave, the band found a new way to describe their (then upcoming) album, calling it everything from a "very pure" bit of punk rock to — most famously — "a love letter to rock and roll".
The end result, of course, was Danger Days, an album that is both of those things (and neither), often at the same time. And yet, it has basically been defined within those parameters. So, looking back on it now, do MCR regret anything they said in the lead-up to the album?
Not really.
"It makes me laugh when I [read it now]," frontman Gerard Way said, smiling.
"Part of the problem was: We tried to define the record before we made the record. And it's not all our fault," guitarist Frank Iero added, "because everyone kept asking us, 'Oh, what's it going to be?' And when we said, 'Oh, we don't know,' they're like, 'Well, whadaya mean? What's it going to be? Can you speculate?' And it's like, 'Well, it's going to be this,' and when we found out what that is, it changed."
And that change was, of course, necessary. Both for the band's survival and the scope of the new album. In retrospect, MCR stand by everything they said about Danger Days, because, really, deep down in its chrome-plated heart, it still is "a love letter" to American rock and roll.
It's just written from My Chemical Romance's rather-unique perspective.
"At first, we said, 'It's a love letter to rock and roll,' and we found out that the best way to love rock and roll is to shoot it in the head," Iero said. "So we made a record that was like a missile directed at rock and roll.
"It just started to change and evolve, and then the band evolved at the same time. And I think that's the way you have to make a record: in a very organic way."

This episode was so plot-tastic, I barely know where to begin, but I'll do my best to keep this brief:
Burt Hummel finally proposes to Denim Carole, and Kurt -- in the throes of an absolute gay ecstasy, natch -- immediately begins planning an elaborate wedding set to feature the entire Glee Club as bridesmaids and groomsmen, because Burt and Carole apparently have exactly zero friends and family of their own to step in and fulfill those roles. Unfortunately, Karofsky chooses this especially happy moment to get especially psycho-killer creepy, and when Mr. Schue witnesses a particularly ick-making moment of intimidation in the hallway, he marches Kurt directly into Principal Sue's office to demand that Karofsky be expelled.

The never-ending drama is far from over for Teen Mom star Amber Portwood.
The troubled 20-year-old reality star has been under investigation for domestic abuse against her ex-fiance Gary Shirley (Portwood was seen striking Shirley repeatedly with their young daughter present, a moment which aired on the popular MTV docu-series) and has since been charged with two felonies and one misdemeanor and faces up to three years in jail and up to $10,000 in fines. And now the single mom could potentially lose her 2-year-old daughter Leah for good.
RadarOnline.com says a source told them that on Tuesday Portwood and Shirley's child had become a ward of the state of Indiana following an emergency child placement hearing. Under Indiana law, if it's decided that a child is "in need of services," then they become a ward of the state. A hearing is usually held within 48 hours to attempt to place the child with a suitable family member. Guardianship is determined by a judge who appoints a government agency to oversee the child's affairs.
Baby Leah is currently living with her father after Portwood left her in his care, but her mom could still fight for custody in light of this latest development. It was also reported that the Department of Child Services has been monitoring Portwood's visits with her daughter and will continue to do so if Shirley's home is deemed suitable for Leah.
This is clearly a rough time for the troubled mom. "Being away from my daughter is the lowest of the low," Portwood told US Weekly.
She and Shirley, who have had nothing short of a tumultuous relationship on and off camera, declined to comment to Radar following the ruling.
